1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Six Eye Market — including browsing, creating an account, posting a listing, or making a purchase — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country if higher, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Six Eye Market is available globally, but certain features, payment methods, and listing categories may vary or be unavailable depending on your country's laws.

3. Listings & Conduct

Listings must accurately describe the item or service being offered and comply with the laws of your country and the buyer's country. The following are not allowed on Six Eye Market:

• Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or recalled goods
• Misleading pricing, photos, or descriptions
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive messages toward other members
• Content that discriminates based on race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Attempts to move transactions off-platform to avoid buyer protections
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity of any kind

4. Intellectual Property

Six Eye Market's name, logo, design, and platform features are our property or that of our licensors, and may not be copied or used without permission. You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, descriptions, store branding), but by posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on and through the platform. You must own or have rights to any content you upload, and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Payments & Wallet

Wallet deposits, withdrawals, and points are subject to the balances and limits shown in your account. Points earned through platform activity have no cash value and can only be redeemed for eligible boosts and features described at redemption. Prices are shown in the currency associated with your selected country and are subject to applicable taxes.

6. Membership & Ad Campaigns

Premium and Elite membership plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Paid ad campaigns are billed at the budget you set and are subject to admin review before going live; estimated reach and performance figures are estimates only and not a guarantee of results. Benefits, pricing, and feature limits for each tier are shown at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Six Eye Market connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to the transactions between them. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, or for the accuracy of listings created by members. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Eye Market's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitations are not permitted).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Six Eye Market harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

Because Six Eye Market serves members worldwide, we aim to resolve disputes informally wherever possible — please contact our support team first. Where formal proceedings are necessary, applicable governing law and jurisdiction will follow the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence where such rules apply; where they do not, disputes will be governed by the laws stated in any region-specific terms provided to you, or otherwise by the law of the jurisdiction in which Six Eye Market's operating entity is established. Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or put other members at risk. You may close your account at any time from your settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
